What Lights Her Up
Megan likes to work with teams going through change, to determine how to move to the next stage in a meaningful and sustainable way. This may take the shape of planning, training, coaching, and always with the spirit of empowering. She loves when she gets the opportunity to see leaders, teams, and her colleagues grow and thrive through their work together.
Beyond the Desk
When she’s not working, Megan can be found with a book or a spoon in her hand, cooking for a crowd or her family, walking on a trail, or laughing and exploring with her family and friends. Her faith guides her steps, wherever she may be, and she loves the chance to volunteer or serve other people when she can.
